POLICY: California Equine Products, Inc. (CEP) manufactures high quality horse equipment and saddles. From our working to our professional line, we shall always strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and safe horse products. We are a company of experienced leather craftsmen. All our products are made by hand in our 15,000 square foot manufacturing plant located in Southern California, USA.

 

GUARANTEE: All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of defect in material or workmanship. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) in advance to return any merchandise.
   A. All defective merchandise in new, unused condition will be replaced.
   B. All defective merchandise in used, damaged or worn condition will be repaired or relaced at CEP's option.
    C. If non-defective merchandise is accepted for return as an accomodation,there will be
        a handling charge of 15% plus freight both ways.

 

BACK ORDERS: We take pride in our ability to provide prompt delivery. Occasionally, when we are out of a product, it will be back ordered. Back orders are automatically filled when merchandise is available, but will be cancelled if items are not available in 60 days. Please let us know if you want your back orders cancelled.

SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS: Special or custom orders will be considered. Exact specifications must be provided and there can be no returns. We cannot guarantee time of delivery on special or custom orders. There is a $100.00 minimum per special or custom order. Example: If the item is $25.00 you must order a minimum of 4 each to equal $100.

 

REPAIRS: CEP does not provide repair service except on our merchandise.

 

CLAIMS: All our shipments are double checked when acked and shortages in deliveries must be made within three days of receipt of merchandise. CEP cannot be responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in delivery unless reported to the carrier and to CEP within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

 

PRICE CHANGES: Due to fluctuations in leather, fuels, metals and currencies, we are forced to accept all orders on conditions that all prices are subject to change without notice.
